18.16.010 Alcohol
is prohibited on defined beach areas. The possession or consumption
by any person of alcohol, alcoholic beverages, beer, distilled spirits
or wine in any form, at any time, on any beach is prohibited.
Open
Fires
18.24.010 open fires
on beaches defined: Unlawful and not Permited within the city limits.
For all purposes of this chapter, "open fires on beaches"
means and includes not only open fires built of wood or other inflammable
material upon the sand, but also fires built in any and all types
of braziers, portable or otherwise, used for or intended to be used
for cooking, lighting or heating purposes. It is unlawful to build,
set or maintain any open fire on any beach area within the city
limits.
18.24.030 Fires in public parks. No person
shall make or kindle a fire in any public park or playground except
in designated picnic stoves, braziers or fire pits provided for
such purposes.
